| Beach Avenue Bed and Breakfast
We have 3 rooms, all rooms have private baths. The house has a large living room with a fireplace, that is lit on stormy days. A Large enclosed front porch where breakfast is served. Both rooms have an ocean view. I have a commercial espresso machine that is on all day. Just ask and we can make one for you. The house is 100 years old, built in 1905. No pets allowed. No smoking either. We are one half block from the Pacific Beach State Park and just feet from the sand. The rooms have small TV's with VCR's. We have a library of movies. No phones in the rooms for a relaxed stay. WiFi available. "Lili" Queen size bed and Queen size futon. This room has a sweeping Ocean view. $95.00 a night for 2.
"Music Man" Queen sized bed, a very comfortable space with a view to the east. $85.00 a night for 2.
"Pride and Prejudice" Queen size bed, one single bed and a bathroom with a big old fashioned tub. The room has a peek a boo view. $95.00 a night for 2.

I'm also managing the DawgHouse one block away. It is $260.00 per night with a maximum of 8 people. It has a big yard and a work out room. Pets are allowed. A two night minimum is required.
